new Pa state record steelhead

This fish was caught a few days ago in Erie,Pa.

The fish is 20 lbs 10 oz and 35 inches in length.

It would be a new state record,but it was caught in a section of the creek that is posted.Since the water is not public accessable,the record will be turned down.

Still is a fish of a lifetime,and quite an achievement.

Um, that's a BAD replica of a fish. Me thinks someone is pulling me leg.

Thats what they look like after living in the creeks all winter long.The creeks are small enough to cast from one bank to the other in alot of places.This fish is in really good shape for this time of year,they are a bright silver when they are fresh in the fall.
