HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009

Please send this to everybody on your list...

this is Obama gun control by secrecy.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House.

This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009.

We just learned yesterday about this on the Peter Boyles radio program.

Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because it is flying under the radar.

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.

Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

.It is registered

.You are fingerprinted

.You supply a current Driver's License

.You supply your Social Security #

.You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing

.Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25

- Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

.There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.

The Government would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many options to read this..

It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along.

Any hunters in your family - pass this along...

Peter Boyles is on this and having guests. Listen to him on KHOW 630 a.m. in the morning.

He suggests the best way to fight this is to tell all your friends about it and "spring into action". Also he suggests we all join a pro-gun group like the Colorado Rifle Association, hunting associations, gun clubs and especially the NRA.

This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone realizes it.

This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not.

I looked up a couple websites and a quick scan showed most to be true. Although it is just a bill, the fact that people think that way is crazy.

Yup our Gov't politicians hard at work trying to disarm all of us. In the last 12 months where have the real criminals lurked and gotten away with stealing billions.

I took my concealed weapons class on Saturday and the instructor, a Charlotte MI detective said his will be "stolen" too.

I was in KD's yesterday,.....hard to find any ammo at all for hand guns......I guess people are going around to the big box stores, buying EVERYTHING they have, and then going to the gun shows and selling it all at inflated prices!! Wait'll all this ammo hysteria dies down and all those dudes are sittin on tons of ammo they can't sell!!

I've got a couple hundred rounds of .45 and a little more for my 9mm and I feel like I'll never go thru that much....especially if I can't replace it!!

Yep. I'm well stocked up for all the guns I "used to have".

All the best,

Glenn

P.S. - I joined the NRA when they offered the "free membership" recently. Haven't received a welcome letter, card or magazine yet, but within a week I got a "Extend your membership now..." letter from them. Can't say that I didn't expect that to happen.

It took me three trips to BPS to find some 22 shells. There was nothing left for any handguns, just an 12 foot section of empty shelves.

I have been pretty lucky lately regarding ammo purchases.

I picked up a bunch of Blazer Brass .40 FMJ the other day - $13.50 each for a 50 count boxes.

I also found an online company that sold 50 count boxes of Speer Gold Dot .40 cal HP's for the same price (actually $2 cheaper) than I was buying the 20 count boxes here locally.

.30-30 and .270 have been plentiful lately in my area, and prices have hovered around $12 to $14 per box of 20.

.22's - I've got tons of, but I had a pretty good stock of those before all this started.

Just wish that all my guns had not been lost in that odd 5 second tornado the other day.

All the best,

Glenn

Under this new bill, it will be a felony to not report your guns being stolen.

Mine weren't stolen. They got sucked up in the vortex of a tornado that passed through briefly the other day. If they happen to come out of that tornado at a later date (post Obama administration timeframe), I would be grateful to mother nature.

All the best,

Glenn
