Mac,

My 8th grade graduation dance/party.... I had a big time crush on (she gets to be nameless to protect the innocent) this cute little girl in my class... I worked up the nerve and she said yes... They put on a "slow" dance... "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" (Told ya I was old)... She is wearing this frilly orange/pink dress with "cones" like starched collars... I hold her close as the music starts and when we stop her "chest" part of the dress is caved in like two flat Michelins... I guess tissue doesn't dance close too well! She never spoke to me after that through four years of high school or on any Sunday (since we attended the same church).:(

Note to self... crush deflated as well!;)

:cool:I'm listening to another one and it's a goody;)

Ram Jam - Black Betty rocks!

Had to crank up the radio today when I heard "She sells sanctuary" by The Cult....GREAT Tune!!...and on the way home from the golf course...I cranked up "When love walks in" from VanHagar.....man those two tunes got me going!!;):rolleyes:

Ran Jam does rock.

Tee you need to do a search for Die MF on Youtube. I think you will like the Military video someone made, it should be one of the first ones that come up. I got to warn you though it says the MF word about 100 times. LOL Still it's as hard as any "old" Metellica song there is.

Donnie

Well I found the link. Hope everyone likes it. But I warn you it says the MF word a BUNCH od times.

There are a zillion songs that I love but using the criteria that Mac set, I would have to say that one song I turn up and HAVE to listen to no matter what I'm doing is:

"You Make me So Very Happy" - Blood, Sweat & Tears..

JR - as far as I'm concerned only one artist did "Ghost Riders in the Sky" properly and that was Vaughan Monroe. Great song and a great way he did it..

Uncle Billy

Mac...

Are you going to give the answer to "the most "repeated" phrase in a song (how many times was it repeated),.....who sang it,..and what was the name of the tune!??

I'm going to guess...."who are you", 58 times, the Who, Who are You?

OK...what do I win?

az

Well....that answer beats what I "thought" was the right answer....I thought it was "I know, I know,...I know"........from "Ain't no sunshine"...repeated 27 times!!

You win,......a years supply of hair gel!! :p:rolleyes::cool:
