I got a few nice cigars,

a couple bps assorted "fishing" t-shirts,

a handful of Berkeley Power bait drop shot minnows, assorted bags, and Power worms, assorted bags.

Didn't get the ultra lite combo from BPS I wanted, but did get a $100 shoppin' spree there. ( Guess how long that $100 will last?!!)

Also got my FAVORITE spinning reel, Shimano Spirex 2000fd,

and another BPS Extreme baitcast reel.

My youngest daughter got me tickets (to take her, of course), to see the Chicago Rush, (arena football).

The biggest surprise of all had to be the reels, I didn't expect them, it was a nice Christmas! Kids all got Tracker sweatshirts from dad,(they kept stealin' mine anyway!) and youngest boy got his first "real" fishin' hat, from BPS, complete with lucky hook....... everyone was happy and we shared a nice Christmas dinner, and we added a prayer for our armed forces throughout the world, including my neice, (Navy) on the Abraham Lincoln. egMike

I did get my 100 mph suit too! Seems like a LOT of us wanted those this year. There will be a lot of DRY Nitro owners this year. Does that suit rock or what? I was parading around the house in it. I also got an FLW line spinning reel (Pinnacle I think) 5 ball bearing...very nice. And cash to go pick out the rod I want for it. My family knows better than to try now. So I'm getting the Berkley Bionic 7' med/hvy. I need a BIG spinning stick for those HUGE smallies I'm going to be catching on Mini's hole in St Clair.

You wont feel em with that Berkley, you will need an AST845MS! lol....I designed that rod for that purpose....



The best present I got was seeing my neice, nephews, sister in-law and my brother.....the drive to Dickson TN was worth every mile for that. The second best was seeing the kids group hug Grandma and tell her how much they missed her.

They are too hot for summer time use and with a fleece or a few layers underneath they will be just fine in the winter.

I got a couple of BPS combos. A 7' BPS extreme rod with a Quantum Accurist reel and also a BPS bionic blade with a Shimano Spirex spinning reel. My son got a new rod and reel and a tackle box and a ton of lures.
