Its just 3 screws holding on that platic corner piece. Take it off and see how they did sealing the transom.
UPDATE: I did find the major source of the leak, one of the livewell drain oulets was leaking at the through hole in the boat, must have been the same guy that applied the silicone on transom, there wasnt enough.
Dealership forwarded info/issues to Nitro warranty, someone suppose to contact me. (Boat new out of state, but I assume any Nitro dealer/bass pro should be able to repairs). I'm thankful its not a huge deal, but on the same not a new boat shouldn't leak!
