I laughed. I have over 10 years in the field of Developmental Disabilities. I found that most of DD population I worked with have a great sense of humor. They will often laugh at something that "normal" folks are offended by. The attitude I saw most often in my friends with a DD was this: Life is life, it's too short to be super sensative to every little thing, find the humor in a situation and just have fun with it. It's alot better to laugh than to cry.
 
Thanks for the link. The DD connotations are not offensive to anyone with a sense of humor. Like Larry the Cable Guy says "That's funny right there, I don't care who you are!"
 
I didn't take him to have DD... I thought he was the manager of the place!
