Buzz, you working the weekend of the 18-20th? The weekend of Good Friday? I have that Friday off and it's a 3-day weekend. Wondering if you wanted to tow down and we could go pester Toxic and try the Potomac. I can drive this time, don't mind. It's my turn anyhow. Tox, you available that weekend? I'm itching to get out and fish even if it means towing for 10 hours for cryin out loud! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS WINTER CRAAAAAAAP!!!!!!!! LOL

Rob,

Should have planned a "business" trip to Texas!! I haven't caught any lunkers yet, but it's nice to get out and use the stuff I bought at BPS! I'm going up to Adam's tonight and we're fishing Ray Roberts this weekend. My wife told me this morning that it's supposed to snow again in VT! I hope it's all over when I get home next week. Gotta get to work...won't be back on till later this weekend.

That's the secret on the potomac. Alot of guys will whine and say how bad they did and when you ask them what the tides were they look at you like you're from outer space. Incoming tide=bset, outgoing tide=ok, slack tide=lunchtime for me, no fish. Incoming tide/grass and structure, outgoing tide/channels and points. It's simple. Get on down here and we'll go fish in the shadow of the Washington Monument. Of course then you have to have a VA, MD and DC permit. That's the only pain. The river is divided into upper, middle and lower. Depending on water flow, you can even hook some salties (croaker, blues, drum, etc) in the lower sections. It's plenty fun!!

How much would a weekend license run for each area? Do they have 2 days?
