45 ACP (2).jpg

14 rounds of 45 ACP at 30 feet in one half minute including reload. The second to the oldest pistol I own. A Colt 1911 Commander circa 1984. Pulled the last round to the left.

Remind me to duck and quack like one  This bird is taking a dump and flying off

My best 1911 is a 1928 Gov't issue frame and a Mid 40-50s (determined by the color of the bluing before it was assembled) commercial slide built (customized/assembled) by a student/employee of Armand Swenson in 1972. The picture in my avatar!

You need to practice your Mel Gibson "Smiley Face" more.... You'll get it

Traded my Kimber 1911 w/5" barrel in for this new Kimber Ultra Carry II w/3" barrel. Awesome gun...easier to conceal...just as accurate...a riot to shoot. Yes..it groups well....here's the 1st targets I shot......at 20ft.
