I mistakenly posted the following on the swap and sell page.

Well friends, I listened to everyone and bought the BPS rub rail to install myself. I remember responses that talked about how easy it would be, just use some soapy water to help sliding it into the slot, a little easier with a helper, warm it up first, etc, etc. I wanna tell you folks, that was a really tough job...even with help. We spent at least three hours on the project, and never did get one side completely inserted so will have to piece in the last two feet or so. It would ONLY go in from the front to the rear and progress was measured in half inches...a whole inch brought a cheer. I guess my boat was designed different, but anyway, I sure hope I never have to do that again.

Sounds like the same scenario when I put new tracks and gaskets on the bottom of my garage doors. I think I invented some new cuss words, lol.
