Hey guys, I have a bunch of pics I promised to post, but all are too big. They're saved as jpegs to my desktop. I have tried importing them to windows imaging but have had no success resizing them so they fit properly on the site without taking too long to load or take up too much space. How do I do that again? I don't want to put them in my library that big either.

Thanks,

Rob

I see you got it done already! But for those who don't know.....

I use Microsoft Photo Editor.

Go to the "Image" function.

Click on "Resize".

Where it says "Inches", bring down the menu bar and change it to "Pixels".

I reset the largest dimesion to 500 pixels and the program automatically resets the other.

Great pictures, Rob, and good looking boat!

me!

Thanks Scott, my IT guy helped me. I was trying to change a read only jpeg which you have to change first so it can be modified. Secondly, I was trying to do the work in MS imaging. That only changes the view, not the file. I downloaded the program you said, Photoeditor and then fixed them no problem. You can also crop out much of the pic that is not required like airspace or water and bring in just the fish and angler. Then resize it, and you have professional quality pics! gotta luv PC's once you figure 'em out! LOL

Yeah, I love PC's too, but the OEM should give you a free 12-ga. shotgun with every new computer purchased. There are just those times.....
