I just found out that I'll be off the weekend of the rally this year. While I'd have no problem taking my boat, I don't think that the 9.9 motor will keep up with most of you guys. How do things go for non-boaters?

Brian -

As a non-boater, I'd be PROUD to fish out of a boat with a 9.9! While all the other guys are chargin' across the lake, we'd just motor across the cove to where NO ONE fishes ('cuz it's too close) and catch all those toads that have been feasting for years on the hot dog buns and corn chips dropped off the ends of the dock!

Come on up with or without yours! It ain't about the tourney - it's about the fishin' and comaraderie!

me!

Greg, I have a list at home of some places to stay in the area as I'm up there a few weeks a year . When I get home I'll post some of the addresses tonight . Rob LaMoy also can suggest some places . Also You can do a search look up Lake Champlain on a search engine . Look for places near Plattsburg or Rouses Point

Sorry I didn't get back right away guys. Out of town for the week. Check the posts in the event section on the left. Accomodations are listed. I will be trying to figure out exactly how many boaters VS non boaters we will have to see if there is enough boats to draw. This will depend largely on the number of you that pre-register on Pierre's site that Rich has so kindly offered to help with. Again, for the participation fee, a portion of that is for food, and should the weather forcast prove uncooperative, we will cancel the BBQ and refund money for food so we can all go to the Naked Turtle instead. Any questions, feel free to contact me via e-mail.

Rob
