My faith in mankind has been rekindled!!!:D:D For now.;);)



I just received an email from Stanley CS requesting I return my Thermos for examination, and perhaps repair. In my reply, I told them I would be happy to pay repair costs and shipping, but if deemed "unrepairable", I requested that they send it back "as is". I will then gladly pay to replace it, if the wire tie, JB Weld, or duct tape becomes too unsightly.;);)



I don't want sumpin' fer nuttin'; gist wanna be treated fair!



 
Anything is possible!!:D I'm just thankful that they are at least gonna take a look at it. Heck, if they can repair it, that would be great! I'll write them a testimonial! It'll be better than that weak one about driving off with it on the roof.:lol:
