Check Detroit craigslist. No Targa but a couple of guides, and a Tundra. Look at the YouTube videos on the Tundra, in my opinion one of the best reasonably priced aluminum deep-v's ever made. Very similar to The Targa but sharp as hell. I know it's a little bit of a ride but if your willing to drive you'lle get allot more boat for you money in Detroit or Cleveland. Their economies are doing allot worse than ours in Pgh. So there's allot more boats up for sale. Good luck and keep your eye on those two cities and a Targa will show up soon.
