choice of front fish finder?under $400?

going to buy a fishsinder for the bow of my PT175 looking at a lowrance X88 whats a good choice??

Under $400 there are a lot of options. I have an x-47 on the front i have been very happy with and an x87 on the console i have also been very happy with.

I also have a X47 I bought it for $119 from Cabela's its great.

X-87 ROCKS! Best resolution you can get without going up to the X-15.

Just saw "PowerBoat Report" rated the Furuno LS-6100 fishfinder-- "the Best".

-- Looks like (online)about $275 plus $85 for the transducer.

I have not seen this unit--Has anyone used / saw this unit??

I can add my X47 came with a skimmer transducer that has the temp feature. Only problem is it's a little weird looking on the troller head.
