Which Prop? Tracker Targa

I am purchasing a Tracker Targa 175WT with a 115hp Optimax. I was wondering if anyone had some insight on a specifi prop and or appropriate prop pitch I should try? Any insight you have would be helpful.

I would think something in a 19-21 pitch... The situation begs for a "Hustler" two piece prop system... Cheap to experiment and even have choices...

Mike,

your dealer should be willing to work with you untill your set up is at its best.

don't buy a specific prop when you pick up your rig. they will put what they feel is best when the rig the motor.

break in the motor with the prop that they give you. after break in you can start to tweek the set up.

Greg M is probably right in the hunt for the right prop size. i am nit a set up guy nor do i have any experience with that motor. someone here may have the same set up and can give there set up and how there rig performs..

I know the Opti's like a lil' higher RPM so I'd guess around a 21P
