Prop Question 2012 Pro Guide V-175 WT

I'm running the standard 19 pitch aluminum prop that came with my boat. I have a 115 horse Optimax.

I'm seeing 39.5 mph with about 5200rpm trimmed out at WOT. Is anyone running a 17 pitch prop with this motor or even a 4 stroke 115, and if so, what are you seeing? I'm just wondering if the 19 pitch is too much prop and if maybe a 17 would be better. At least maybe same top speed with more rpm and a better hole shot. (Although the hole shot is just fine as it is.)

I'm just looking to have the optimum setup for this package.
