How was your trip to Cypress Springs? Did you find a place?

Just got back this weekend, and trying to catch up on things. I found several houses that fit several bills. However, the trip proved to be one of 'just getting us started'.
Cypress Springs is probably not my first choice in lakes right now, though I might still be interested. It's a smaller lake (which I knew), and is mainly a recreation lake (which I didn't know). Bob Sandlin is a larger and better all around lake. Quite a bit of fishable water (standing timber and other structure).
Found several weekend places that weren't too bad, but that's not what we want. Found one really nice 3 bedroom on an acre, with 3 car garage on the water on Bob Sandlin. Just not good timing for us right now.
We are probably going to look at finding a lakefront lot, buy it and pay down on it, with the intention of building later.
