Resealing Jackplate

When I installed my jackplate I used silicone. I now want to reseal with 3m5200. Can I just pull each bolt one by one and seal?

No, it must be removed, cleaned and then re-bed. You might want to consider "Life-Caulk" or "Life-Seal", if you plan to remove later on.....
