What is the best prop for 2000 901 cdx nitro 19ft with a mercury 200 efi

Yes, 23p Tempest Plus. start at 3.5 inches below pad. I had on that same boat but a 2003. I will also say, Chris is running pretty dang good for that setup too. Low 60s was the very best mine would muster with the 2.5 liter 200 efi.
