My 1800tf has ~7-8% slip so that would put you around 52.5 mph not bad at all! How low is the center of the prop w/ respect to the bottom of the pad? Rember speedo's are not accurate. If would estimate your slip slightly less so you maybe pushing 55mph with the smaller engine
