charger on ranger

My buddy has a ranger with a 4 bank ranger charger. One of the banks indicator lights stays red indicating a uncharged battery. The battery is new. Does the Ranger chargers have an fuse in the line to each battery? Or can anyone give me a clue what to look for?I'm hoping for a solution short of pulling out the on board charger which is a bear to remove!

Have the battery tested. I have had new batteries with bad cells before. My quest has fuses, not sure about a ranger. Chris F.

Absolutely get it checked. I've learned to have them tested before I take it out the door
