The Passenger bucket seat bracket in my 2006 nitro 288 has come loose from the fiberglass floor. I noticed this of course, after I bought it. Two of the four screws that attach the bracket to the floor just pull out of their holes so that the seat rocks side to side. My question is how to repair this my self? Fiberglass repair kit and fill holes and then retap?

can't you use oversize screws? Anyway it's not hard to put a fiberglass patch kit together.

i would use marinetex to fill the holes. if you have access to the back of it bolt, washer and nylock nut them. just like a trolling motor. if not, drill out the problem area, fill with marinetex, pilot drill the screw holes and re-attach
