Anyone with cracking gel coat in 2007 901 or later

Hi I was wondering if anyone else is having gelcoat and cracking proplems with their 901. Min.e keeps cracking under the rear deck by batteries and livewell, gelcoat cracking under the seatsand both rodlockers where they meet the consoles down through the scent wells to the floor There are 13 cracks between the two consoles. It has been repaired 7 times. 260 days in the shop and counting. 1 time back to the factory. It cracked on the truck ride back fron the factory. I have 110hours on the boat motor. Thanks Dave

Ought to be a lemon law on that one. I'd check into. My 05 Nitro 750 is A-OK.

I agree - My 05' 640LX with a modded 75 Opti only has 1 and it's in the splashwell. It's been trailered with a lock-and-stow for the last 4 years and probably 40,000 miles. Plus it has 502 hours on the opti buzzing around the lake.

Thanks for the responses. There is only lemon laws with things with odometers is what the State tells me (Maryland). We will see if tracker marine does the right thing. they do not want to though.

Might be time to take it to your own fiberglass specialist and find out why it keeps cracking. Problem with the stringers maybe? Get that information and go to Tracker with a request for a new hull if it is war warranted. There has to be another factor at play here and just fixing the cosmetic cracks is not working.
