Fellow North East fisherman,

Can someone explain to me where the fish are in this lake go during the summer months.

I have been out pre fishing three times in the last 2 weeks. I can only manage a few 1 > 11/2 pound

I read results from mid week T and the average weight was 14lbs for 5 fish.

I usually do very well in deep clear lakes during the hot months. But this lake is killing me.

I have three T's there in the next 4 weeks.

Can anyone offer some insite on the whereabouts of the smallies we find during e spawn?

I feel the same way. I fish a local Friday night tourny at a deep clear lake close to the house. The spotted bass have vanished on me in the last month but somehow guys are catching 2-4 lbers every tourny. Makes me feel like it's my first day fishing...
