Mike, my boat is the wider than the trailer so I would say 93" would be the overall width.

Note that the package width is larger than the beam therefore the trailer width is wider than the hull.

You are right, my mind said it backwards. The rub rail is close to the same as the trailer at the wides point ut I think the trailer is wider by a couple of inches on each side. Can you say brain f@rt
