water line

hey all any suggestions on getting that nasty grimmy water line off my tin tracker? also is there any thing that i could use to make that shine come back . thanks

Go back 6 or 7 pages or do a search on "cleaning aluminum" and you will het a lot of answers.

I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago and received some wonderful advice.

Bill's right, Joe. This is a common problem with us Tin Men. Be sure and search Tee's posts regarding Sharkhide. He had some remarkable results cleaning his boat. Too much work for the fatboy though.LOL

Joe once you get it clean, always wipe it down and clean it when you are done fishing for the day. Its a lot easier to get a weekends worth of scum line off then a 6 month supply.
