Two documents you MUST have!!!

I've uploaded two Microsoft Word documents (*.doc) onto my personal website that I think everyone here can use. By clicking on the link below, Microsoft Word will open the document.



(If you don't have Word, let me know your preferred platform and I'll attempt to convert it for you.)

If you want to save these, RIGHT click on the link and select "Save Target As". Choose the folder where you want to save the file, and select SAVE. You can then open the document in Word and print it out.



I'm taking them home - one for me and one for my wife.
