Tube leaking water??

Hello. I have a 1994 Nitro Tracker. I took it out today and there was a tube under the “dashboard” that had water coming out once I hit 20mph. I don’t k ow what it goes to. I recently replaced all the original gauges. I had to cut the speedometer. Is it from the speedometer?

That does look like it. the connector is a tricky one. pull the ring out at the speedo and the slide the tube in. There's a little lip on the edge of the connector, with your fingernails slide it out, slide the tubing in, then then spring loaded ring will secure it in place.
