trolling motor tray

I am looking for people's opinions on who makes the best recessed trolling motor tray. I'm looking for the smallest cutout and footprint size for a Minn Kota pedal.

Justin, I purchased one off ebay. It was made of aircraft aluminum and the price was great. I believe around $90 which included shipping. Not sure on the size part of your question, they are all about the same to my knowledge. It takes a pretty big tray to hold the pedal and have a flange to screw to your deck. I don't see how one could get any smaller than this one, it just takes what it takes to fit it in the tray. Great addition to my 170TF, I highly recommend one. I was a little sceptical of the plastic ones on the market, not to mention the prices were HIGH. Hope this helps.
