trailer fender

A rivet busted off holding the carpet to the underside of the fender on my trailer. The metal is all bent up now. Any idea where to get a replacement part or fix for this situation? Thanks, Eric

stainless screw and nylon insert lock nut? Not sure what fell off, but when I replaced my carpeted fender skirts, I made new ones out of plywood treated with polyurethane, stapled on carpet and then used stainless screws and stainless nylon insert lock nuts to hold them onto the fender where the rivets used to be.
