Trailer Fender Skirt

I have a 1997 Nitro 912. I have had one of the black plastic fender skirts come off and I am unsure of what to replace it with. The skirt is made of black plastic pop riveted to the fenders. I thought of replacing it with wood because I have been unable to locate a piece of plastic that is similar to what was on it. The plastic is carpeted on the surface facing the boat hull. Any help would help (I have checked lowes and home depot for any materials similar but have had no luck)

Marine grade plywood and a piece of carpet should have you good to go.

Mine is made out of wood and covered with carpet.
