Trailer Bearings Dust Covers

I just inherited a nice home made trailer from my father-in-law. I re-packed the wheel bearings this past weekend and boy did they need it. My problem is that both wheel bearing dust caps are missing. I measured the opening and it measures 2 3/16" I.D. Everywhere I go they either have the 1.98" or the 2.45". The trailer is about 10 years old. I am trying not to buy bearing buddies because this trailer will not be in water. Can someone help me?

Did you replace the bearings at the same time you repacked them? I would take the number off the bearings to a good bearing/tool supply store. They can cross reference the number for you.

The bearing were in great condition. The trailer was very rarely used.
