Any one out there towing a Z7 or equivalent with a V6 Xterra or V6 Pathfinder?

Let me know your options on hills, highway, stopping, MPG, etc.

Thanks!

Shouldn't be a problem especially if the trailer has brakes. Won't be the fastest rig on the road but should pull and more importantly stop the Z7. Just make sure the rig totally loaded with gear, gas and fuel isn't over the towing capacity of the Nissan.

TOXIC

Hey chaz i think you will be fine. My buddy has a 94 18.5 ranger comanche that he pulls with a trailblazer and has no problems. But it also has brakes

Yes, I have brakes on the Z7. (I always have brakes on my trailers) The tow capacity on the Xterra is 5000#. I

I have an 882 with brakes that I towed with a 143 HP 2004 Xterra and it struggled a bit. I recently purchased a 261 HP 2011 Xterra PRO 4X with 4 wheel disk, transmission oil cooler and full tow package. I can't tell the boat is there, no issues stopping as well. I put a pic in my library if you want to check it out.

Thanks for the info John; yes I too will get the towing pack.

Is that a three-sum in tow?

I wish, that would be something to see going down the road.:D
