Well, we've been out a few times now with my new pro guide with a 50 hp 2 stroke. I've been mostly putting around and mainly using my trolling motor and having a great time. But last weekend I decided to open it up. When the rpms got to 3500 the nose came up and I went to trim it up but it only went up a half inch and went right back down. I backed off the throttle and trimed it up some and when I gave it more throttle the motor came back down???

The trim works perfecly at idel.

I'm new to this. Has anyone had this happen to them?

I have'nt called the dealer yet. But I am wondering if it was something small that I could do on my own.

Thank's

Mike

Not being there to see, I'm, guessing that the trim limit switch needs adjusting. I think there is one that limits the trim while under way. This keeps you from over-trimming at speed, causing the prop to cavitate. I'd get er in, should be an easy adjust for them. I don't know how this adjusts or I'd tell you.
