Mike - What happened to the prop?? Maybe my brain is still high up in the Colorado mountains (was in Boulder on business last week). Did you get just the replacement aluminium or a different prop?

Trep, I picked up a spare trolling motor prop a few weeks ago, and just now got a new prop for a spare. Since I fish rocky Canadian lakes a few times a year, I wanted to have a spare just in case.

I'm pretty carefull out there, but I've seen more than one person have a vacation interupted by a damaged prop. If I only fished local, I wouldn't worry to much about it, but with some of the places we go, we would definately lose too much valuable fishing time with a mishap!

Sounds like a good question for a poll!!!! I'll start a thread! Mike L.
