Spare Tire

I just bought a 2007 Pro-Guide 16 SC. I want to mount a spare tire on the trailer. What would be the best way/location to do this? Pictures would help.

It would help to see a pic of your rig to see what you have space for. On my Tracker I had the bracket that clamped to the trailer frame and the spare stood straight up and down, on my Champion it lays in the trailer frame under the bow of the boat? There are many options, some even are set up with a spare hub assy ready to go.

My PT-17 has a place on the trailer under the bow like Bruce's Champion. And, as Bruce said, their are numerous brackets and assembly's made to give you a bunch of choices. Look at BPS and Cabela's or just do a Google search.

Mine is mounted on the side and I wish it was under the bow. I've looked all over the .www but can only find the side mount kind. Do any of you guys know where to find the undermount kind, aftermarket?
