Hey all, good friday morn to you all, quick question...my wife and kids want me to take them skiing and my 96 180tf only has the hooks where you secure it to the trailer....where do i hook up the ski rope...any ideas???? thanks to all.....Marty

You should have transom tie-down U-bolts on the transom. If so, get a ski bridle and hook to them. The ski rope then hooks onto the bridle. The bridle will (or should, anyway) have a float on it to keep it from sinking and getting caught up in your prop.

A good 23p high 5 prop ought to make your boat a skiing machine. U be the envy of bass boats and ski boats with this prop.

Just happen to have one for sale.

Hey bm...I got a laser 2 20p prop now...hows that 23p gonna make it react...and how much ya want for it

Just be careful when you drop off the lifts... you want to get that boat on plane just before the bow hits the snow...

Marty you can get those ropes at Wal-Mart for not a lot of $$$'s.

Careful....tried the transom tie down thing with my 929 and even with the floats it ate the rope a couple of times but the look on my brother in laws face tubing at 60mph was priceless (especially during a hard turn)!!LOL!!

TOXIC

Tox, if I could get one of my brother-in-laws behind my boat on a tube @ 60 mph and I could rig up some sort of quick release of the rope, get into a fast whipcrack turn.....ahhhhhh, the possibilities. };>)
