Should be closing on the sale of my house next week!

For those that have followed my previous threads, my house sale (short sale through Mortgage company) got approved and is in the final stages. As soon as the realtors and the Title company get all the numbers worked out (should be easy enough), the closing will likely be scheduled for next week.



Turns out it was approved on 5/27, but only after me 'bugging' the Citimortgage 'contact person' multiple times, was I told that it had been approved. Only after my bugging them, did they finally send confirmation to the Realtor. For the most part, I'm out of all the hub-bub, but will likely have to go out there to sign papers.



So overall, the strategy we developed and put into place did the trick.

All of the packing and moving have already happened! The only thing we have left to do is 'sign' and turn over the keys and garage remotes.
