I know, I know, check NADA, but how much would you guys pay for an '89 TF 1800. Trailer has polished aluminum rims and is mint, boat if very good shape, limited stress cracks, seats are "ify" 2 new pro sticks, new 2 bank on board charger, 3 new batteries, new 24v, 50" 67lb MG TM with big wator gator, 150 gt that has been nearly completely overhauled runs SWEET! new gauges, 2 new birds, and hits top end of 57-59 mph. How much would you be willing to pay? Is $6,500 accurate? Plus may have a hot foot here in another week.

OK in terms you all can relate to, how many coronas can expect on trade in? Or outright sale?

I think you can probably get that for it, if it's in decent shape. I bought my 91 185 TF, in Nov 00, and I paid $8200 for it, but it has a 99 Merc on it, with an extended warranty, thats good until Sep 02. Good Luck.

I bought my 1990 175 TF with 150GT a year or so ago and paid 5250 for it. Now I did get it from a friend who needed the cash to take delivery of another boat. Boat had just been re-carpeted, newer 52# MG, keel gaurd, 3 bank charger, Hot Foot, Trim on the whell and a newer Teleflex no feed back steering. So the boat came with some goodies and he was origanally on the market for $6500 but not much intrest in it at the time.

What the heck, Start were you want. You can always negoiate down.

i just bought a 1989 1800tf for 4900 with a 115 mariner. this boat looks like it has never been in the water. stan

Rob -

My gut says $5,000-ish...... And that may be a bit on the high side...... It's the age that does it...... If it weren't in excellent condition, you'd be hard pressed to even get someone to talk to you about it.

Sorry :^(

Thanks guys, just wondering what REAL buyers and not tire kickers that have never bought a boat before would say! It does have all the fixins, and will probably get new seats and good glass job this year. Should look mint when I'm done. By then, I'll probably have to fish out her for one more season just to enjoy all the work I did.

rob, in my library i put a couple of pics of my boat. see if it looks familiar. i think i got a good deal at 4900. stan
