My brother and I purchased a Tundra 18' Walk-Thru. We are going in tomorrow to rig it up. We are mounting a Lowrance LCX-15MT on the dash, trasducer on the back, not sure where to mount the antenna for the gps? We are going to put the Hummingbird up front. Is there a way to mount the transducer to the trolling motor? And where would be a good place to mount the antenna for the VHF radio? We don't want any interference. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Tony.

Tony - congrats on the SWEET rig!! Can't help on the GPS but for the Bird up front there are 2 ways to mount to the trolling motor. 1 is to use the existing plastic brackets that come with the Bird and just use a stainless steel pipe clamp to attach it to the bottom of the trolling motor, then run the wires up the TM with black plastic cable ties. Option 2 is to spend a few bucks (I think like $20) at BPS and buy the special trolling motor mount for your bird tranducer. I've used option 1 on 2 different boats with no problem. Not as "pretty" as option 2 but works great.

Either way you're in great shape.

Trep hit the nail on the head. I use option one and it works great. Just be sure to get stainless!
