Question for Rich S.

Rich, I'm sure this has been brought up before but, I was wondering if this site can incorporate a way to see who is a registered member logged on so that maybe the Chat room could be used to instantly communicate. A few other fishing related websites that I belong too use this very effectively. Just a thought, not sure what the other members thoughts are on this....Al.

Al, I am working toward that. I tested an instant messenger/IRC style chat facility a few weeks ago, and it worked pretty well, but the user interface was very poor.



We're moving toward having that feature, albeit slowly.

Just as a comment, once I log in after I get to work, the system keeps me logged in all day long until I power down/restart. It is very helpful that I don't have to log in multiple times during the day.



This will 'skew' who is on-line and who is not, if you are connected all of the time; or if you have visited but are now surfing another site.

Al, Rich never has been know for accomplishing any thing quickly..... Just take a look at his little, basement boat project!



However..... I understand that he DID sweep Jeanne off her feet before she knew what was happening! Lucky guy!
