Can anyone tell me how to look up the history on this PC? The sidebar doesn't work because it says it needs an update. Is there any other way I can look at this? I need to find some web sites I lost that I need. Thanks

BTW, it is Intel Pentium 4/Microsoft windows XP Thanks

Glenn, I'm somewhat computer illiterate I suppose. What's a browser? Dumb question, I know. Sorry.

Click on HELP-ABOUT to see what browser you are using.

IF Internet Explorer try pressing CONTROL and H at the same time to show history.

If you are looking for your favorites, they are stored in c:documents and settingsYOUR USER NAMEFAVORITES

On the right side of the screen, up at the top, click on the cogged wheel with the label "Tools". Go all the way to the bottom, and click on "Internet Options". Under the "General" tab, Under the title "Browsing History", click on "Settings", and then click on "View Files". That should show you your history in detail.

All the best,

Glenn
