Do any of you all have this added on and how well does it work ? and how long are the brackets that mount in the livewell ?

i added it to my g3. the brackets are around 10 inches long. I have had no problems with mine, its real quite and i have not lost a fish yet. i got mine at gander on close out for like 25 bucks a few years ago.
