Possible Ebay scam

And no one at e-bay gives damn... That is what is disturbing.... However, there are legitimate excrow companies that will in fact hold funds until the item is received... I have used them... So a large dollar transaction on eBay is possible...

I hate that ebay won't do anything about stuff like this. I sell cellphones / accessories on ebay and people like that prevent lots of people from bidding on merchandise that honest sellers sell. I guess that is the nature of the beast on the internet. I think this will be ebay's downfall in the longrun.

Thats the part I don't understand, seems like EBAY would at least investigate this.

Anybody can see there is something wrong with this deal, a '03 521 ranger w/optimax, for less than $12,000. I'd buy them all day, at least me and the bank would.
