Looking for a good jackplate and prop combo for 03 avavanche with XR6-150 23"Tempest.Below 45mph porpoising like crazy with full fuel load and full livewell.Dealer and Factory not much help.

Also check the bottom of your hull. A hull that is dented will handle oddly.

An 03 Avalanche with a 135 Mercury Optimax. runs @ 64 MPH with a 23 Tempest. Check your mounting heights, and Make sure there is no hook in the bottom of your boat.
