I have a 1997 nitro f/s looking for an owners manual and operation manual

Most boats don't have operators manuals. Owners manuals are usually very vague and give you diagrams of such things as what a properly trimmed out engine will make the bow ride like. They aren't much use in the actual operation of the boat. Just the basics. Sorry. I know that's not much help. But on this site - ask as many questions as you need. You could build a better manual with this sites membership help than any boat company could provide.

I have a 96 Nitro 896, and I have been down this road before. I don't even know how I found it but it was a lot of time and not much information. I would follow Glenn's advice, if you have some questions ask them and someone on this site will be able to help.
