Earlier this year, I took a trip to the west coast of the states but didn't get a chance to fish at all, wish I had known someone or had a contact :-(

I did buy my new Nitro though :) So it got me thinking.

The weather over there is starting to turn bad, but here in Australia, its getting better and better by the day.

So if any fellow Nitro owners are heading down under for a holiday, I offer an open invitation to put you in my Nitro and fish the Aussie Lakes and rivers near me. Some Aussie hospitality, you don't need to bring anything except yourself and be ready to see the best country in the world.

I'm in a place called Wollongong, about 60 miles south of Sydney, on the east coast of Australia, so anytime, shoot me a message and your in.

that is a great offer, if i ever look to take a trip down under that is an opprotrunity that would be hard to pass up...;)

Thats pretty awesome! With the weather getting nasty here in Chicago, that sounds quite tempting!! If youre ever in Chicago, drop a line here as well, theres always a spot in my boat for another Nitro owner!

I will keep you in mind, possible down under in 2014.

And as you know if you are in the area just give a yell.

cq:)

Always been a dream. About three hours in a commercial airliner and i'm ready to kill someone don't know if I could stand the flight there. I have a bird dog friend that lives on the coast (Port Riche??) said I'd tried to make it there sometime.

I hate flying with a passion, but good (legal) drugs make all the difference when it's 14 hours in the air!

I have never heard of Port Riche sorry fatrap.

I'm definitely getting back to the states again and this time I'm fishing for sure!

Thanks for the reciprocal offers, I'll be tracking someone down when I get back over.

thommo... Went to Sydney in '67 on R&R from Vietnam. Nice place & met some great people there, but I'll probably not make it back. If you find yourself in South Texas, let me know. We'll do some Bass fishing. If you time it right, maybe fish one of those McDonalds/Sealy Big Bass tournaments together. Geezer.

Wow, I was born in 63, Sydney would have been a whole lot different back then. Where I am is coastal rural, nothing like Sydney but Wollongong is still a "City". We are about 400,000 pop here but reasonably spread out.

For anyone that maybe interested, here's a link to the region
