A few a couple of weeks ago there were post on here about Motor Guide's on board chargers. I had problems with mine, Max Pro III with remote, which came with the boat from factory. I called M. G. and got Mercury, they said to take it back to a dealer. I took it to Bass Pro Shops service center in Nashville, and they sent it in and I got my new one Monday. It took two weeks from the time I droped it off at BPS. I installed yesterday and so far it works fine. No charge, still under warrantee. Later<>< <>< <>< <>< Jack

Glad you got your problem taken care of and thanks for letting us know. It's also good to know that customer service is not dead. We hear a lot of gripes and horror stories but rarely the happy endings. I'm still nursing mine along and will make a decision in the spring. I'm waiting for a sweet deal from the board or an aftermarket sponsor.

Glad you got your problem fixed. However I don't think my motorguide is under warranty since it's three years old and for that reason I'm going to replace my motorguide with a triple bank dual pro charger . I had one in my old 884 and never had a problem

I was going to buy a Dual Pro if Motor Guide didn't come through. They are in Nashville and they have a new four bank charger with remote indicator, but Motor Guide came through, if I have more trouble I will have a Dual Pro. Later<>< <>< <>< <>< <>< Jack
