Do the livewells in these boats exchange water in the well with fresh water from outside the boat while they are running? Or do they only squirt recirculated water back into the well to make bubbles?



any problem with keeping fish alive for several hours?

They pump fresh water into your livewell, using gravity to push the old water down with the new water coming in on top. Hope this helps. The oxygen comes in with the new water

Never had a problem keeping the fish alive but I do throw most of them back.

The front livewell is a little tricky though. It has a plastic pipe on top of the drain that maintains the water level. If you leave it on auto it may over flow... especially when the bow raises getting out of the hole. I cut about 2 inches off of mine to keep this from happening.
