I was surprised they went back to the Red River that quick as well. I grew up in that area, my parents still live there, and as one who attended it was pretty awesome to experience. I would love to be in New Orleans this week, but will be in Shreveport next year.



When you look at the money the Shreveport-Bossier area threw at them and the record-setting crowds you understand more. It is not all about the little green fish!

Not only the money in Shreveport but the awesome fishery the Red River has become. After they tamed the Red with all of the Locks its really became one giant lake. I can't believe they are coming back so soon myself. Probably gonna be a lot more money since the Oilfield is booming over here now.
